So I have this guy from Europe who joins my awempire WL everyday and buys some credit. Everyday he changes his nickname a bit, for example from Peter to Peeeeter etc.
What's the purpose of doing it ?

Probably a confused new user is my guess. :) I would ask awempire support and inform them of that if you know it's the same dude. Just to give them some awareness.

I think they have anti fraud system for credit card. and you don't push multiple usernames to same CC.

Is he in incognito mode on his browser?

That's what i thought as well. Or maybe they have a 1 day free trial with 80 free tokens, then he cancels and join again.. and so on.

It seems you get 9.99 free credits when you join, so this may be the cause....

It is most likely because you do not have traffic coming. Work on promoting on your other sites.

Well, then I have on my Label a Guy who owns 600+ cards cause he signs up and confirms, and he has 600+ look-alike usernames.

They have the ability to cross check against credit card numbers, VS had that over ten years ago when I worked there, I'm sure LJ will have it as well.
As long as he is spending money, you should fine
