Ebay question...
i sold something on ebay and sent it out over 2 weeks ago at the post office. the person said they never got the package (the post office should have it to them within a week or so) and the person is emailing me asking about it. what do you guys usually do if this happens? is there anything to do besides refund the $?

You should always use tracking confirmation.
your getting scammed, which method did you send it?
dont refund , i go through this shit alot.
"Insurance is optional but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED" just for occasions like this.
Send it next time priority nmail dna signature requested
i sent it the one right under priority. for my websales i sell thru paypal i always send priority and i have never had a problem. i usually send out 10-20 packages a week too. i sold this on ebay but i closed the auction before it ended to sell it to him so there isnt a way get negative feedback. but there might be a chance he isnt scamming me and i dont want to fuck anyone over.

suicide often works in a situation like this

beemk not sure what your shipping all the time, yet have you done the USPS media mail? Good for books, tapes, magazines, or almost anything under 70 lbs. It is a hell of a lot cheaper than the other shit options the post office gives.
Then always use their stupid ass tracking numbers. Its like .30 or something. The tracking is for shit, but at least you will know if it is delivered or not. Insurance is also cheap as shit, easily added to the handling cost and gives peace of mind. |
