Not sure exactly what you're looking for - but have you check'd out microsoft's PhotoStory 3?

yeah that would be good im on windows 10 :( its 4 xp. also microsoft stopped direct downloads. you have to doc to get apps now. fuck that. i tried a couple days ago and they started changing stuff
