I drink water, sugarless tea and coffee and have lost 4 kilos in a couple of months. Now 70 kilos, one of Eva's drivers weighs 200 Kilos and drinks Coke all day long in his truck.

Very good Paul, I have done for many years too, brought up the kids the same. It saddens me to see people poisioning themselves with Coke etc.

In recent times I stopped drinking tap water to cut out the chlorine, helps keep the cancer risk down. Even for tea and coffee, tap water isn’t boiled for long enough to remove the chlorine, so better to use mineral water.

The problemis kids are fed the wrong foods today and the mantra is it's the only cheap thing we can buy. That's bullshit. Boiled potatoes cost less than fried potatoes, burgers without sauce or mayonnaise cost the same and this list goes on and on. The problem is convenience foods manufactured by an industry that's only interested in profits.

Cooking at home is way cheaper than any fast food options. Water is also cheaper than sugary drinks. I can get a 40 pack of water for $4, or a 6 pack of soda cans for $4
