Still one of the best songs ever...

Who would have thought in 1994 these guys would still be pumping out hits today... I remember buying this CD and it being one of the rare 90's bands that every fucking song on it was awesome.

Uh no..

I doubt those guys would even make a top 500 list of greatest bands.

Rolling Stones doesn't have a top 500 list for "bands" at least not one I found but Ranker says Weezer is number 128 of all time bands..

I think you under estimate the amount of hits and albums they put out..

Probably so.

The fact I even know who they are says something.

I do not know 1/3 of the rap/dance/techo crap that gets posted on here.

The 1990's were the best years for basically everything.. Music.. Movies... Sports...

It was like the best decade in the History of the Human race.

Their most recent hit, was a cover of Toto's Africa which maybe you heard as it got a bit much air play. They actually got trolled by their fans into covering it, they didn't want to cover it but when the fans demanded they did and it hit 51 on the billboard list.

It was a good cover but not my thing TBH. I don't normally care for "direct" covers of songs like that, I prefer if a band covers something that they make it something new.

I really like the cover of our A-Ha's take on me and the video is kind of an updated version that was pretty neat :thumbsup 👍

Toto is probably one the most underrated bands in history. Session musicians who filled in for some major hits.

Imo, weezer nailed africa until they tried to grunge up the song.

I almost couldn't tell the difference between the original and the cover at first. There was absolutely zero Weezery stank on it. They could have added some crunchy Weezer riffs or something.
