I'm not even a fan of country but I listened to all of his songs last night and loved them all.. I would say to you he's not trying here.. he is a country singer

He's got a grip on it, yeah. I went through a dozen or so of his vids on Yt a few nights back and enjoyed 'em.

And he writes his own stuff.

yup, I saw that he writes all his songs. I watched an interview about how he didn't want to put out his songs cause he knows how actors singing is looked at. The guy has talent!:thumbsup
