Abusive Domains to be stopped
Below is a copy of the email I just sent the registrars and name servers regarding the abuse from these webmasters, and of course, it was sent to the webmasters themselves. My blacklist is here:

I have been plagued with spam submissions from the following. They have installed dialers, run malicious code changing homepages, installing links in favorites and on the MSIE toolbar. Everyone is talking about the abuse from these webmasters on all the webmaster chat boards. Everyone is having a problem with them and it needs to stop. I blacklist them for most part of my day. They just go and buy a new domain and spam again tomorrow. I am receiving tons of abusive galleries from the same posters over and over again. These people are using your servers in a totally abusive manner. Using your servers to propogate virusus and spam. There are laws about it, and you should be willing to help stop it. You should be willing to do something about it. They are hosting literally hundreds of domains with your name server. And all hundreds of these domains are committing abuse. Too bad you advocate the abuse. You should realize that the name sack of your company is being attacked as well. Regards. ******************************* Then he wrote this back to me. I have had much of my time over the past several weeks monopolized by the unscrupulous activities of the person running these domains. The domain names I've had to blacklist are in the hundreds. I have not been able to do much of anything else because of the abuse by whoever owns these site. For weeks now, all I've done for hours and hours everyday is blacklist these domains, ip's and emails. So I may have been alittle short on time and forgot to sign my email for you. Do you REALLY think godaddy gives a fuck because this guy spammed you with submissions?? Just do what everyone else is doing and start charging for listings and/or go with approved submitters...I realize there is less and less money to be made by owning a TGP these days...but when you waste a whole day worrying about something like this instead of making yourself some more money...I just wonder...hey, maybe I'm just an asshole...what do I know? |

Can they buy more domain names? Yes. Will they be coming to http://www.wannashagg.com/ with this shit, not likely. And why do I bother, because I use the TGP to drive traffic to my pay site. I get a continual source of traffic to http://www.adultcustomgoods.com/, where I make my money promoting my big pussy lips, amongst other things. So to me, it's important. Just wondering if there was actual proof of this that they could see before they started deleting domains?
I'm just wondering how many hosts would start pulling the plug on someone over a simple email complaint. Ya, cheating webmasters are scum, but remind me to never do business with that hosting company. |
