Whats wrong with Paxum.

Sent money to my account a week ago, they charged me $50 for the wire transfer and money didn't show up yet, Its over 8 working days. They suck,, try to call their customer service, on hold almost an hour, then no one could tell me whats going on.
Anyone else having problems with them??

why would anyone have to contact "ruth" ?? paxum does't make sure transactions are complete? you better stop using paxum :2 cents::2 cents:

I withdrew money from Paxum via Wire Transfer on Tuesday July 2 and it is still not in my checking account. I messaged them yesterday and they replied with this:
---------------------
The payment processor is currently experiencing some delays due to the high number of requests received in a short period of time, but we're in constant communication with them and we've been assured that your transfer will be sent out within a few days.

As soon as that happens, the funds can take 3-5 business days to arrive, as it all depends on banking agreements.

We apologize for the inconveniences caused and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
Best Regards.
-------------------------
So, it appears that I am facing 2 weeks minimum to get my money and I am forced to pay Paxum $50 for this and a $25 fee to my bank to receive the funds.

Nobody has to contact me to make things happen inside Paxum. This person chose to post on GFY that they have concerns, so I offered to look into it if they contact me. I'm certainly not going to ask for private account information in a forum setting.

Typically when a Paxum client has a problem we ask them to open a ticket in the Message Center of their Paxum account so that our support staff can look into it directly.

have you seen the post about ticket nightmares?? why would you have to look into it? don't you have staff monitoring transfers??

Perhaps July 4th screwed things up since it happened on a Thursday and that made Thur to Sun non-banking days. Then add that many people asked for money and requests piled up.

Though this stuff all happens electronically everywhere else in the financial spectrum so a computer can clear that out in minutes. An hour tops.

And I'm waiting on a wire that was set up on July 4th.

Ruth, I tried to reach you on Skype but it shows "do not disturb" so I emailed you. Any help that you can give will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
