..... and certain tubes and websites promoting stolen content and possibly including VISA and MC maybe even Google... since ALL are participating in these activities without any oversight.

They ban you if you place on your website something "iffy", but let thse fuckers profit from thievery, not to mention scat, zoofilia and kiddie porn. Time to show them that their paper castles are really made of paper !!

Many of us are fighting many pirates but NOBODY managed to stop them. What about getting toghether and charge these bastards under RICO ( Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ) statutes. RICO has federal prison sentences 5 years or more and huge fines.

With the current atmosphere in US it may be quite easy to find a DA to take this on and since this is a federal statute "one hit will kill all".

I am willing to throw in 1000 dollars, so we need another 10 maybe 15 webmasters to join to get this going and go for $ 100,000,000 in damages. Divide it up by 10 or 15 and retire :thumbsup

Start by finding several program owners who are based in the United States and ideally they are pushing mainstream/vanilla products or services.

IMHO a US District Attorney will not fight on behalf of any foreign entity, let alone a peddler of porn.

Many of the sites have " mainstream" content ( ehm erotic thrillers) horrors, soft models etc... so just need to be judicious ...Somebody like wipfilms.net ( and fileboom) have mainly Holywood movies.

As I have said, just testing the waters...it is all about : " purveyors of porn" mainly the file sharing sites...

Believe it or not after failing to get rid of this pirate ( he was NOT reacting to e mails) and all of the runaround from his proxy server in San Francisco, I managed to get to the main server in Russia ( the registrar gave me an abuse e mail). I did send the server a notice and my comment on RICO and voila.. two days later I got this:

RICO popped up. The rest is just " straw in my teeth". Of course RICO was introduced even before fax machines and was not yet tested in case of modern Internet movie piracy. Why not ? I do not know.
