So I did the work like hell bit... well to be fair it was fun work, when in 2007 I ended up the other side of the camera, and the porn persona Fat Man Fuck was born...

So hard work done, now we need to advertise... looking for ideas as to where is best to get the traffic from. With the small amount we get from Affiliates it suggests the site converts and retains well...

We of course would love more affiliates... and please fell free to sign up (our site is on the Model Centro network) But I guess as times are changing, I believe it's the site owners responsibility to get traffic to the site... it's no good having a shop full of gold, if no one can see inside the shop...

Another reason is that page screams 2002, get a good designer who can update it to build you a new site.

Surfers need to see samples on sites today and a good idea of the amount of content and updates they're getting for their $30. https://fatmanfuck.com/ does neither. So I could not judge the content, a bad way to attract sales in 2019.

But I looked on Pornhub and saw exactly why people don't want more of you. Camera on a tripod, big no NO in 2019. Get a cameraman to shoot you. Balance the light and colour for every shoot and get the girls to look at you longingly like I did. That's what other fat men want to see. Try Viagra when you fuck girls it might give you more wood for longer.

The CTR from Pornhub and it's conversion ratio will give you an indication of what's happening. I quickly counted 250K views for all your videos there. If they are converting at less than 1-50k the product is very wrong, even at 1-35k the problem is the content.

The design is also bad so get the designer to build a new one.

But the overall problem is it's very hard to sell porn today and to do so you need to be at the top of your game. Grabbing a camera and shooting pretty teens won't cut it today. You need to sell the fact that it's you fucking the girls because they want you to fuck them, and not there to earn a few quid.

The original content was shot as true POV or as you say with the camera on a tripod, but not many of the 120 odd scenes are shot like that... most are shot by a camera man... so again your input is incorrect (surprise surprise)

I can only judge on what I saw, just like the normal surfer. You have to put up samples on the site, get rid of the camera on tripod scenes on pornhub and any other Tube. The site still had a flaw and is a dated design.

We only have your word for how well it converts, obviously you're not getting enough traffic because affiliates don't think it converts well or have found out it doesn't.

Yes everyone is entitled to an opinion and I judged on what I see, not what's hidden. A surfer will take less than a minute to sum up a site or sample. He will then move on or stay. That's not an opinion it's a fact. What does Google Analytics tell you?

Again I still think your missing my point... for all the "holes" your picking in the FatManFuck.com site, the fact is it's converting well... For the amount of traffic it's getting, to the amount of sales it's making, it's doing very good...

My point is I need more traffic... I need to either get more people to promote it, or look at ways of getting traffic there myself (ideally both) Yes of course this might water down the conversion rate... but it would be interesting to see...

The site is currently converting around 1/600 and rebills pretty good... Now that might not be mind blowing... but I think in today's climate, it's not too shabby :pimp

And I'm telling you why people aren't promoting you. Today affiliates just like surfers want to see samples of the content to judge if it's worth $30. If you don't fix small problems I pointed out, don't expect affiliates to flock to it.

Look thanks for the advice, not 100% I agree... the site shows previews of the sets... what do you want as "samples" Surely it's best to tease the surfer into wanting to see what's inside... why give them a free wank ?

Some people have said if anything we give too much away... and shouldn't for example put any graphic content in the samples... And no offense, but these are people with way more experience running paysites…

The Model Centro platform is limited in the templates they have available, and there are only about half a dozen to choose from... but this platform again was put together by an experienced webmaster, and is fairly new (and proving pretty popular) so not sure if your review is really valid.


Of course your comments on the content hold some weight, I mean shooting content is what you used to do... so I take onboard the critique about the actual quality of what's been shot, even if it's converting at 1/600 (even if with a limited amount of traffic) :thumbsup

You want to attract more affiliates. Me bumping this thread has done all the advertising for you. If I'm wrong people will join send traffic and if your claim of 1-600 is right you will get more traffic. Assuming the traffic that likes your style/niche is available.

If I'm right you won't get much traffic.

But you must get rid of those tripod mounted scenes on any Tubes, they do you a disservice. You have to balance the lighting exposure and colour for every scene, something I was bad at a few times in the beginning. If you can't your traffic from those sites suffers and traffic looking for confirmation of what your site contains also suffers. Best to put up a sample that isn't a free wank. I can direct you in that regard I was doing it 30 plus years ago.
