The U.S. Office of Special Counsel, recommends firing Kellyanne Conway
 

WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal watchdog agency recommended Thursday that President Donald Trump fire one of his most ardent defenders, counselor Kellyanne Conway , for repeatedly violating a law that limits political activity by government workers.

The U.S. Office of Special Counsel, which is unrelated to special counsel Robert Mueller’s office, said in a letter to Trump that Conway has been a 'repeat offender' of the Hatch Act by disparaging Democratic presidential candidates while speaking in her official capacity during television interviews and on social media.

Trump and Vice President Mike Pence are exempt from the Hatch Act, but there are no exceptions for White House employees.

The agency does not have authority to fire Conway, who was appointed counselor by Trump, so it would up to the president to follow its recommendation and dismiss one of his most unwavering defenders.


Trump on the other hand is trying to burry the report but instead the press got it...

They don't lead with "Feds say Conway should be fired" but rather they lead with Trump saying it's biased..

Fox News - and the Republican party - is finally starting to understand they made a huge mistake in backing and supporting Trump. Trump came out the other day and said it was perfectly acceptable for his political campaign to get "dirt" from a foreign power. The Republican party is fundamentally based on protecting our country, not working with a hostile foreign power to win an election.

This is exactly what we told you would happen if you elected someone who had no political experience at all. Our economy is not improving, all signs are reporting to a recession coming, we are engaged in the worse trade war in modern day history and... Our deficit went up $200 billion or 42% in one year, and we are projected to have a two trillion dollar deficit in the next ten years because of Trump's tax cuts which only benefited large businesses. We had no problems on the border under Obama, he deported more people than any other president, but now we have a massive crisis, we have people flooding the border, our immigration system is overwhelmed, and our President is telling the world the most powerful country in the world cannot secure it's border and is depending on Mexico to do it for us. NAFTA 2.0 barely changed anything, has instant trariffs built in, and it's unlikely anyone will sign it anyhow.

We still have no healthcare, he hasn't fixed the crime rate, the Middle East problem (LOL, Jared spent two years working on a plant that Republicans laughed at), and the opiod crisis continues.

Nearly three years in office and not a single accomplishment.

Every day they are committing criminal acts and laughing at their own blatant criminal activity while democracy deteriorates. Trump, the Republican party and the cultists are enemies of this country.
