The QLED and OLED panels are both one in the same. The only difference is the hardware running the panel.

The resulting image is very much different. The Samsung QLED does not have such saturated blacks as the LG its very obvious when you have them side by side ! I use to love Samsung TVs but this latest version by LG surpasses Samsung by a mile. Time will tell if they are as reliable ?
