DO something about it, they not only spam but spoof real email address, therefore people are getting thousands of bounced emails and threatening notes from angry people.

I have recieved the complaint already from someone else as well, and his account will be closed in 2 nim from now.
Next time try to inform us befor running with it to the forums, it is not a webmaster spam that we are doing but an enduser spam that one of our affiliates is doing.
