Randrom text/img in video at different time and different place?
 

I need a application or a ffmpeg command that randomly can place a text/image (transparent background) at different places in every video and at different duration.
Then let it display for ~3 seconds and then fade out. Then after another random 30-40 seconds repeat in a different random spot.

Can anyone help me out? Google haven't been to much help when looking for ffmpeg parameters to do this thing.
