Can I find out who owns an IP. Not a site.
 

I have someone that has been visiting one of my sites on a regular basis, and I want to know who this person is..

If they have a static IP from their high speed connection can I find out where it is comming from?? At least which company??

ie: bellsouth, roadrunner, bellatlantic etc??


And where do I find the info??
