They don't use flash objects on sites this days so you should do something about that error for users who don't have plugin, but site looks awesome.

We actually used HTML5 banners on the site as well as for the different trailer videos on the sign up page with a Flash failsafe just in case it would crash or something.
We pay 50% revshare $30 Pps (negotiable) by Check, Paxum or wire every 2 weeks.
