But he pretends to online.
Onwebcam was outed as a russian fake nic a while back when he told everyone that people always have to show their ID when they buy groceries in America, or anything, with credit cards.
This is the normm in Russia, but this almost never happens in America. He said it was the norm. He also didn't know about local taxes. There are a few other instances that I forget at the moment but it's been clear over time that he's not American and has no knowledge of very basic American things we have to deal with in life living here.
