Do you find QuickBooks to be accurate?

I have a few licenses for QuickBooks online for a couple different businesses. I'm working through one of them now, approving charges and whatnot. The month of January is essentially missing. December seems fine, February seems fine. January is listing only one transaction.

Is this fairly common? Does QuickBooks need to be monitored like a hawk? Is there a way to tell QuickBooks that it's missing some data and have it look again, or do I need to manually input each of the missing charges?

TIA.

I've never heard of it. Can you tell me more about it?

Looking at this more. I don't have Excel files. I use Wells Fargo and they seem to be limiting how far back you can export the data.

If you get in a real jam you can find local QuickBooks experts from their help page. I ended up using a local guy to figure out a billing issue and he ended up becoming my book keeper.

That's a great idea, thank you.

This was a great idea. I'm already in touch with someone that can show me how to do what I want.

Thanks again.
