how much of your business is outsourced?

It seemed there was a time when most 'average' webmasteres built their own sites, built their own galleries, submitted their own galleries and the like. One of the more interesting things over the last few years has been watching the different sectors of the online industry develop.

So, what do you outsource? Paysite design (and obviously I have vested interest in people doing so)? Avs design? TGP gallery design? Do you actually submit anymore or do you just buy gallery spots and traffic?

my aim would be to do fuck all and let others do all the work for me.... by outsourcing and employing.

What I really want to outsource is my life. Last night I went out to eat Korean BBQ with a bunch of people and we lingered over dinner. Then some of us watched The Transporter. I felt guilty that I wasn't doing site work . . . or at least reading gfy ;-)

Very interesting. Any experience with them?

Sarah,

I actually wrote an article about adult webmasters outsourcing their business a few weeks ago and i think webmasters are losing money not outsourcing their work.

Apart from the benefit of freeing up more of their time to market their sites more it can be a great help in further development of their business ventures.

Here is the link to the article hon:

Wait, I lied. I have my brother working for me buildng AVS feeders..

freeadultcontent 05-09-2003 02:46 PM

I just outsource people to lie for me. That would take up to much of my day if I did it myself. :winkwink:

I had someone work for me for a few weeks.
He didn't get anything done, and what he made.. clients didn't like.
I have since had problems trusting ppl with my jobs. I like to be responsible for the procuct. That's probably why I'm workin 16 hours a day atleast.
