Please provide me with portfolios, I am going to be super picky. I want modern clean designs. I do not want to see the paysite designs you designed in 2006

Ideally they would be the coder as well but will consider design only.

Need coder who can do designs in bootstrap. And can code just about any html effect that is requested. We do not want any limitations
