I think FlashCash and Gamma are the only two big players that have implemented ePassporte so far... but i could be wrong.

instant payouts. Webmaster can sign up for a program that pays with epassporte, make 20 sales with fake credit cards, get instant commision for these sales and disappear.
Then they are looking for another sponsor, that pays with epassporte

OK so serious how does this work? The sponsor sends you some kind of Visa card... and then you fill it full of signups or traffic and then you can just use the money? What is the time delay...? I don't need instant money -- but this sounds really cool... Would be great for traveling and then I don't have to bug my friends to check my POBox... I can just travel with the Epassporte card... right?

This would rock! Hell I could go to foreign countries and not worry about forwarding my checks!
