Appraising Value of a Website (Alexa 17k, 9k US)

New to this industry, so please excuse any lack of clarity.

I'm the owner of a Hentai Comic website, which is ranked on Alexa 17k Global, 9k US and an looking at selling if the value is right. All the traffic is organic/direct link/social, with no paid campaigns whatsoever.

There's about 155k unique's a day with an average duration of 20 minutes. The website has been earning about $15k/USD profit (16k rev, 700 expenses) over the last 90 days. According to Google Webmaster Tools, it's ranked in "hentai" search appearance of 9.8

How old is the site?

How much income does it generate by each month? Is that a tube or a blog site? And how old is it?

Site was soft-launched in November, full launch in December.

It hosts Hentai comics, and as I mentioned, income of $15k/month via Advertising and AdultForce affiliate revenue.

Alexa at 17 K after 3 months....a miracle

Up to Alexa 15k / 8700 US. I'm looking at selling the site as well... $27k/month profit!

It is much harder to value as it's so new.

If it were years old and rev was consistent it would be easier.

All depends how you got the Alexa ranking I have managed to rate sites high with bot traffic my guess is you did too.

Def fake...and if not then it will soon crash. Any cheating like hat never lasts and the site will turn downwards for the worse. If not please send me the details i will check the backlink profile and would love to see the revenue of the site.
