"Glamorizing" a photo using Imagemagick?

Does anyone here have any experience with setting up a command in imagemagick to automatically "glamorize" a photo? Example:

Before thumbnail:
https://www.girlsofdesire.org/media/...e/08_thumb.jpg

After thumbnail:
https://contenta.morazzia.com/upload/28/3972949.jpg
