my buddies and I were demonstrating some dance moves earlier to

some chicks and I had the dubious duty of having my fucking knee

twist on me..I screamed like the bitch I am in pain and laid there for

a few minutes while hot and cold flashes ran through my body.

After my boys got me up I kicked the chicks out and had one of my

boys drive me to the hospital to see whats going on...now I have a

bandaged and twisted fuckin knee...what a way to end the week

damn that has got to suck. Hope ya feel better.

at least I have happy pills for the pain..any kind of pressure on my

knee is killing me( im a big boy) but at least my diet has been

helping out a lot. I literally watched my knee go the other way

when I was falling..truly the worse pain I have ever felt,even worse

than being shot :(
