Who are your favorite adult-friendly web hosts?

Who are your favorite adult-friendly web hosts?

Do you have different preferences for mission critical sites vs. feeders you got a wild hair to make one weekend vs. sites aimed at SEO or email deliverability?

I've seen high end quality adult sites hosted with M3Server Managed Dedicated Servers and VPS Hosting by M3Server.com

I've heard MojoHost is great too

I have a managed dedicated server for paysites and a separate VPS for feeder sites, test sites etc.

I also don't host videos on my server anymore I have them on a separate server
on a CDN it makes things so much quicker.

I don't deliver email via my own server anymore I go through Google Business Email through their Gsuite services with domain masking and emails go through 100% of the time, that's just for my customer service emails that's not for site of the Newsletters.

I do my site update newsletters through Campaigner. They have great instant stats & graphs to see how effective the emails are, etc. and their deliverability is outstandingly awesome :thumbsup

MojoHost and Vacares would be my suggestions.

BlastPort was extremely helpful when I changed hosts including retrieving all backups, reinstalling and updating sites. Price was one-third the previous cost and included email and daily backup.

For the first three weeks I emailed my support guy a few times a day. Never a problem with quick response.

Never a rude email or delayed response which I’d dealt with previously. No downtime according to logs.

I think most of the hosts for adult are equally good but some offer more or less options. I was setup on my original host by a friend at $4.25/month. I moved as I was told the price was the same after their box was hacked and I lost stuff.. Six times the price and that was the discount price I had good uptime and stayed until the owner sent a rude, snarky email. Moved that night for unlimited bandwidth and a third of the cost.

My site with a database of hosts is still being done. I have a list but am researching each one here and domain forums.

Each recommendation here is often based on commission. I can recommend my rude host for quality service, for example, but the rude email was unnecessary. So it’s personal and not service. You may have a great relationship with them. If support were faster, I’d have stayed.

Waaaaaayyyyy too much information but I can’t sleep! Search the forum for hosts as this is asked monthly. Good luck

I did the same for a new site I’m working on. No tracking to my own IP and no worries about attacks. I could port my site IP but someone always finds out, or at least they used to do that. I got attacked about fifteen years ago by a botnet of over ten thousand IPs. 150+ sites down for a few hours. My sysadmin was awesome and wrote a quick script to redirect them to the hacker’s host as I knew the hacker.

I learned that email was important as the sites so protect it.

Mojo Host and National Net.

I'm using Serverel for many years and so far I'm absolutely happy with it. They are ok with any kind of legal sites (including adult of course). Date centers in California and Netherlands. They accept all major payment systems (even including Paxum) and provide a great support.

The webpage doesn't look great, but that's just an illusion. Contact these guys and they will give you a killer deal: [email protected].

freecartoonporn 03-10-2019 01:27 AM

i never used mojohost, but heard good stuff about them., so for adult i would suggest mojohost.

Well ok if we're going to get technical my first layer is Cloudflare then behind that is Gsuite for my emails & my separate server integrated with Cloudflare obfuscation, a CDN on a separate server & host for my streaming videos, 3 small PHP scripts to obfuscate my streaming videos from download & hotlinking (no track back to the source can be seen with Wireshark or anything else) no video left in memory to seep no memory leaks for plugins to leach my content. I'll stop there

People don’t realize how important it is to separate your technology. I learned the hard way but I’m glad I learned. My old php script guy is around but he no longer does that for no cost to me. $100/hour is a discount for me lol.

With my big sites I was concerned. My handfuls of sifes with three more due get little traffic as I haven’t promoted yet.

The host can set up a separate IP for email but I pay for dedicated IP now. GSuite serves me fine for now.

Sites need to separate in case of attack. At least email gets through if your sites are attacked. I don’t hear of botnet attacks now but the biggest “hacker” from Canada got caught. When he got into the White House server, and learned of his botnets, he was toast. We refers to a team I was on but had no part of his takedown, other than being on his hit list. I admired his intelligence in computers even after being blitzed.

I've been looking to do the exact same thing. Whats your solution for hosting Terabytes of video?

Would also love to know what paysites you're running.

So I don't get spammed by every rep that comes to this board.

247mg 03-12-2019 11:19 AM

I vote for NationalNet > TotalServerSolution ( TSS )

You're probably better off using static object storage. It's faster, more reliable and cheaper per TB then having more servers, and it scales.

Brad Mitchell 03-12-2019 11:57 AM

Hi Amelia,

We would love to earn your business and appreciate any opportunity to compete for it. Feel free to give myself or Natalie a phone call (or email) to discuss.

NoWhErE, I'm happy to answer your technical question about CDN implementation. I think you're over-thinking it.

All my best,

Brad Mitchell

As a content producer that creates my own content for my own sites I, and many other content producers, learned a long time ago not to post our current active sites on GFY because we're an open target for content thieves & hackers. This is why you don't see hardly any content producers supposed to have GFY the last few years. I use my 20 year email list to market directly to previous subscribers and do very well with that approach and a few other under the radar marketing techniques.
