One of CHUMP'S "best people" could get up to 25 years today !
So how many years do you think Manafort will get today ?
Does it really matter as Chump will give him a pardon within 6 months ? |
He has 10 charges that were undecided at his last trial. If he gets pardoned the FBI will bring some, or all, of those charges back again and retry him.
In his Washington DC case he pleaded guilty to two counts: conspiracy against the United States and conspiracy to obstruct justice and pleaded guilty to the 10 undecided counts in this Virginia case, so retrying him will be a slam dunk. He hasn't been sentenced yet for the Washington DC case so they're going to be more years added to his prison time :thumbsup If he's pardoned New York is ready to hit him with a state case that Trump cannot pardon. How long do you think Manafort will get today? |
I will go with 16 years !
|
Sorry to let the air out of your balloon here but let's note that none of his charges have anything to do with Trump and Russian collusion.
Manafort was charged with filing false tax returns, failing to file that he had foreign bank accounts, and bank fraud (which was lying about his income to obtain loans.) ^ Yeah let's lock him up for 30 years. |
In the meantime, job numbers for Feb AGAIN far exceeded expectations and Democrats have nothing to offer the nation but "resist" and "impeach"
The truly sad thing is how baffled you guys will again be when you lose the White House in 2020 after the nation and world watched you throw a 4 year temper tantrum, while accomplishing nothing at all legislatively. |

Obsession is the single most wasteful human activity, because with an obsession you keep coming back and back and back to the same question and never get an answer.

I mean, you are aware of that, right? |
Why would Trump give that dude a pardon?
He was dodging taxes, lying about income, and doing shady stuff with the Podestas- you know, Hillary's buddies. Guilty. Trump only pardons people who were wrongly convicted by malicious prosecutors, like Dinesh D'souza and Joa Arpaio. Sorry Busty, you seem uninformed on this topic. :1orglaugh |

Nobody mentioned collusion. You're trying to change the topic to deflect. Another underhanded nefarious debate tactic you implement as a protection mechanism for your losing team. You constantly do this to disrupt threads where the facts aren't what you consider favorable for your side. It's tacky and rude and it's why people block you. I'm getting close to blocking you again. |

47 months is a very light sentence but next week could be a different story in his second sentencing ?

Judge Ellis who sentenced him today is old white bald male Republican judge appointed by Ronald Reagan. Just goes to confirm how corrupt Republicans are. Disgusting |
