Is everything okay at iBill?

Has anybody heard if they are having problems?

I called to ask about my check amounts for this month from my one sponsor who uses iBill, and had two different tech support guys hang up on me.

Are others getting paid on time from iBill?

They seem to be taking forever.

The only response I have ever managed to get from support with them was a one word "no" email to one of my questions. not bad for about 16 emails over the course of 6 months.

NetRodent 05-04-2003 02:17 PM

IBill is up to date on their payments to us.

Zmack 05-04-2003 02:19 PM

just got a nice big ACH Deposit from them so all is good here as well

From the inside track on what I've heard from one of the bigger companies we do biz with that has been with them for a long time, they are taking care of paying the top producing customers first and the others are getting delayed.

They are about 8 miles from me if you need some heads bopped. Just kidding ......

I like the "Canada" sticker they have to add to my address because they can't seem to print international addresses.

Class act from start to finish.

Shit hasn't been okay at iBill in 6 months.

xxxdesign-net 05-04-2003 04:34 PM

I've been promoting a site dealing with Ibill for the past 2 months now...

Received one check to date...

What is their policy excatly on check payment... every 2 weeks? every months?

Master_Yoba 05-04-2003 04:36 PM

It?s not Ok since May 1st, 2003.
No one new signup for us? only old rebills (we use them as backup processor)

Thats sounds about right for them.

It's bi-monthly after a 3 week wait I think, and the total has to be over $50 or it carries over.

Find a CCBill sponsor pushing the same stuff if you like getting paid within a reasonable time.

Thanks. That's good info. My check was only about $1000 so I am definitely not a "top producer".

The real loser will be the sponsor that uses them, though - if I haven't seen some cash by mid-month, I'm sending my traffic somewhere else...

There was a link posted to an article not that long ago that mentions the fine for high chargebacks - something like $6m if I remember correctly. Wouldn't you scrub harder in that position?

tony286 05-04-2003 05:21 PM

Havent had any problems with ibill. They pay on time, customer service is weak you have to chase them. If you are not getting paid being a afilliate, have you written your sponsor to see what the problem is? Was there a problem with the people you signed up? Just a thought?

HardProfits 05-04-2003 05:21 PM

Apart from a few accounting errors my accountant has identified, everything is AOK at iBill

Of course I would still like to be paid my Web900 money
