what's the tax % for incorporation in toronto ? i need incorporation for a paysite, how much will the tax be ? thanks..

0 - $200,000 - 19%
200,000 - 280,000 - 28%
280,000+ - 43%

Those may not be exact for 2003 but were the rates for 2002 and should be pretty close to the figures for this year.

Uncle Ernie wants to drop the small tax bracket to 1 million by 2005 and reduce the rate to %4.

Somehow I doubt that will happen in my lifetime.
