A 4-year-old boy in Utah suffered a serious injury when his hand was bitten off by a neighbor’s dog.

It is feared the animal may have also eaten the severed hand.

I saw that earlier. He put on a sock over his hand and stuck it through a fence. But technology has been able to create an artificial limb that works. Hopefully they can raise funds for that.

Brings up the debate over kids that age being unsupervised. Also saw a discussion on killing the dog. It was in a fenced yard and saw a wiggling thing come through the fence. No way should the dog or owner be held liable.

Just read that a petition to save the dogs has thousands of signatures so far. They feel as I do in that the dog did nothing wrong. They feel the dog saw a toy, not an arm, and the dog should be saved Beautiful dog, all white long fur with a kind face.
