Transgender athletes should not compete in female competitions in order to "protect women's sport", says former British swimmer Sharron Davies.

Her comments come after 18-time tennis Grand Slam singles champion Martina Navratilova said it was "cheating" to allow transgender women to compete in women's sport because they had unfair physical advantages.

I an having difficulty trying to imagine the shame of me entering a womans event and pretending like it is OK and that I won...then the absolute horror of this event actually making it to the press and people finding out that I robbed a woman of her title...I am not kidding, I would be forced to fake my own death and move to another country and have plastic surgery because of the unbearable shame...

Making it a level playing field use to be sports definition. Now because of liberals they want to throw away the level playing field for a tiny handful.
