Not long to wait now ! "National Asshole Day" - Will you be participating?
 

It's that time of year when "National Asshole Day" is drawing ever nearer. Are you intending to participate, and if so, what are your plans?

National Asshole Day is still a relatively new celebration, so if you are not yet familiar with it, here's how it works.

Basically, it's a day when all us normally polite, mindful and respectful people, let our guards down and deliberately perform an act that will cause someone to say or think 'Wow! What a TOTAL FUCKING ASSHOLE!"

It can be as simple as ascussing a server of getting your order wrong when they didn't, complaining to a store manager that one of the employees was rude to you (When they were not) or if you don't like confrontation, you can simply park your car in a disabled bay, or block someones drive so they can't take their car out and use it. Basically any sort of asshole behaviour really, as long as it's out of character for you to to do it, pretty much fits the bill.

Personally, I'll probably just sit down in the busy street and refuse to get up, causing a total blockage to traffic. When people try to lift me up, they won't be able to as I'm so heavy. I reckon I can stay there for about 3 hours, no problem, basically laughing at all the disruption I'm causing, by acting like a total asshole.

I think of it a bit like the 'Purge' movies, when you get one day a year to be a total asshole, before going back to being polite and respectful for the remaining 364 days of the year...

It's been National Asshole Day every day since Trump was elected.

Not very excited about a holiday where everyone meets the requirement simply by posting here as normal.
