I wont run this file, but i want access to certain files within it. How can I do this?

Depends on what exactly you want to extract from the EXE. If you want to pull out icons, images, etc. give Resource Manager a try:

It's distributed from an "underground" site but I can vouch that ResMan is safe to run.
