Did El Chapo use drugs?

I’ve been watching El Chapo series on Netflix, it’s interesting. Is it known if the guy used any drugs himself?

I started watching it last night myself, 3 episodes in. The acting is terrible but the story is keeping me watching. To be fair, hard not to want to know more about El Chapo.
