so if i´m right, you need to find a bookies to give one bet free with every bet and then it´s down to odds...

Yes you will always win because you are covering the result through the betting exchanges (normally Betfair).
Google it...matched betting is hugely popular nowadays and their is plenty of free info available on how it works.
