It's only US based customers who can do it.

It's only withdrawals.

Paypal may place delays on withdrawals of Coinbase deposited funds while completing fraud checks.

I don't think it will be as smooth sailing as Coinbase try to sell it, however Paypal have apparently approved the integration this time.

Glad to see companies evolving and adding options but be careful with Coinbase

1. they are terminating accounts for no reason (Gab.com also terminated by Coinbase)
2. they were supporters of the big blocks, centralizing Bitcoin with the New York Agreement
3. involved with insider trading when they launched Bcash trading, was a super scummy move

exactly - just paypal proving what a shit company they are - and coinbase has issues

yeah probably that was the situation in last december... now this is 2019 february and that's the first time I got this email and I could connect my PayPal as a european...

regarding issues, I've never seen one fucking crypto site that didn't have issues... don't worry about me
