Mojohost ticket response
Anyone with sites hosted there can tell me whats the average ticket response from them?
To solve something, migrating sites, etc |

They are the best managed host for sure. My tickets were always replied to within minutes when I was with them.

Fast, they can be a little slower with more complex request at weekends and evenings, but still faster than 99% of hosts.

In my experiences most things - unless especially complex or time consuming - like 10-15 minutes max maybe?

We certainly appreciate your business. Response time on a migration ticket can vary, it just really depends where it's at in the process. Move tickets aren't handled exactly like other tickets... Often times migrations are handled by a single technician, to keep the project management spot-on. The downside of this, sometimes, is that it is inherently limited to the work flow and shift times of the responsible employee. What I would suggest is that if you feel something is more urgent, you can always call in and ask the status on the ticket. Or, you can simply escalate the ticket with a reply or by it's status. If it's not something that is already happening, other staff will be happy to help you with your request. Besides all of that, if there are communication issues or delays on a ticket than myself or Natalie would always appreciate being looped in. We can review the ticket history with the support manager and responding techs and make sure that the request is being managed to your (and our) satisfaction. Our standard for support is very high. Normally a very good turn around time. I'd estimate 15 minutes.
There have been a few times over the years that it has been longer, but I've been with them for 10 years this year, so when there have been delays, it has obviously not been severe enough to make me want to change to another host. |

Our last three tickets were 12, 3 and 21 minutes from ticket created to a reply. As Brad said, if you notice anything odd, just him them up, and they are always receptive and get things squared away quickly. They are fantastic.

sometimes it takes up to 4 rings til brad wakes up when i call him at 4 am to ask him if my servers are ok. but he promised to improve that.

They are quick for sure.
I was with them for a while til I sold my sites and didn't need that much hosting. They are bombastic |
