A hacker is extorting me
 

Apparently he sucks at bypassing the spam filter and cannot spell words correctly. Seems to be hand typed since he calls me dillfly and not dillfly2000 (who knows)

He claims to have recorded me masturbating from my webcam and says he will leak my video to all my friends and family and the world and that I'm a disgusting perv :1orglaugh

Though my webcam is always faced away unless I'm talking to someone.

He provides a bitcoin address and tells me to give him a bunch of money

I was gonna reply "You're gonna make me famous for free!?". But ignoring is the better option.

recently I got a bit different version of this kind of scam:

the site they wanted to DDOS was offline for many months (domain expired) :error

check the headers in the email he may be sloppy and have sent it raw dog

other than that, you can give him a taste of his own medicine and social engineer him into clicking something that can reveal more about him, dig from there and have some fun. If comms are not via email and or the se link click fails then look for exploits for whatever platform you are communicating on.

I replied to a post a few weeks back on a similar thread here and I stated that I felt left out as I never had any of these nice ransomware emails.
That soon changed because within 24 hours of me posting that, the scammers were kind enough to start flooding my inbox with this shit on a daily basis. :)
