What the fuck is the problem? perl help

ok, Im trying to set up a secure download thingy. Everything is installed the way it should be, the permissions are all set etc. But I cant login to the admin screen. It keeps saying "Login Failed - Session Expired: **** "

Anyone have any clue of what I should look at? Or a few seconds to give me a quick hand, maybe trade for some design work.

Make sure the session expiration time is set far enough ahead... id have to look at the code to really figure it out
