Whats the best alcoholic drink I can mix at home? I prefer sweet tasting drinks to bitter ones. Also shot recipes would be nice too :)

If you like really sweet try killer koolaid. Vodka, cranberry and a little amaretto and melon liquer.

I just mixed white russian (kahlua) and some dr. pepper.. pretty good

i think you can use coke instead, and add some milk too...

Shot of kahlua
Coke (cola)
crushed ice
A little bit of cream (half n' half)

vodka + country time pink lemonade mix

or

a can of redbull in a tall glass, drop in a shot of jagermeister

MAN I miss sitting on the porch of the sorority houses with my squeezie bottle full of vodka lemonade. We used to mix it in trash cans with ice from chem lab and water from the shower.

College was cool.

1 pinch of soft stool

add ice, shake and serve.

mix in shaker cup
strain

yum yum!!!

1 part orange juice
1 part kahlua

Instead of ice try a coffee base ~ that was my pre-mountain liquid courage all through snowboarding season.

you said the same thing about the drinks i made you at my party.

the world famous "Dr. JEKEL" - (pay attention now, this one is for pro's)

in a shaker cup, filled with ice.
add the following ingredients: 1 ounce Absolute Citron
1/2 ounce Key Largo schnapps
1/2 ounce Orange juice
1/2 ounce pineapple juice
splash of lime juice
splash of grenadine

Shake, then strain

then (sink) 1/2 ounce of Midori to the bottom ( if you do not know how to do this ask me)

Then float 1/2 ounce of chilled Malibu rum on the top (same as above if you are new)

BOTTOMS UP!

and run for cover! repeat as often as needed.

The Dry Martini

Fill chilled martini glass with ice & water.

Pour 7 shots of premium or ultra-premium London Dry Gin into a chilled metal shaker half filled with ice. Stir vigorously but not so much as to break off the corners of the ice into the gin.

Quicky empy martini glass and splash in French vermouth, swish and drain again. Strain chilled gin from shaker into martini glass. Twist lemon peel over drink & discard. Put two olives (previously soaked in gin & vermouth) on a sword and gently slide into the drink.

Serves two.
