A few months old, this article gives some good reasons why porn filters don't work.

This is a waste of time.... Nothing in the world is going to stop a teenager from seeing boobs online.

Yep to all the above. Teens understand the web far greater than adults and these clowns coming up with these measures haven't got a clue. We live in a society of mobiles and web enabled devices and If young people want to look at porn, go onto the dark web or access stuff they shouldn't, they will do it.
