What is the best software to do it? Total idiot on some stuff so easy is better then the absolute best with zero seeming or something. Thanks.

DVDx 2.2 will join mpegs no problem. What format you want?

WMV is the file type and this is where my entire knowledge of video ends.

use Easy Video Joiner 5.01 - joins almoust all formats. Shareware but with crasck so... astalavista babe.
