This was all planned long before shutdown.. Democrats in Congress knew what was up.. Why else would they only fund 80% of the gov?? They were already at the table.. Budget was already being discussed.. Why not fund 100% unless it was in the plan to reduce workforce to begin with? The wall shit is just for show.. What is a measly few billion to a $1.5 trillion budget anyway? A few billion they already agreed to years ago but never funded at that..
