A nice article that shows why Putin is acting so brazenly at this very moment in time. It's because in a very short time Russia will not have the youth to fill out a army. Their population is rapidly growing older with out a replacement generation. Much worse is there is a lack of skilled youth..Due to the collapse of the USSR they lost key generations of skilled trade workers now they have no skilled people to teach the up a d comming youth.

This is why 10 year or so back Putin was pushing for teens to have kids for Russia.. Yea he actually had a bunch of propaganda designed to get teens and 20 something's to ha e sex and kids.. didn't work it seems..


Meanwhile Chechnya has the opposite issue.. Lots of young up and comming military aged youth..
