Looks like Concord lawyers are going to request the judge recuse due to bias. The judge is refusing to force discovery requests and pretty much stated they were being ridiculous in their asking.. Concord's lawyers called the judge out on bias in the courtroom and asked to consult with their clients before proceeding with recusal request..
