Any tactic like that "works well" if executed well.

That's where most people fuck up despite knowing all of the buzz words.

Only if competition is stupid, retarded and not doing anything and that's not related to niche but more like for specific keywords targeted.

Anyway, it appears to work for 'gray area' mainstream, I'm poking around if it works for high ROE "adult-ish" niches

I know there are dozens of high authority 'parasite-friendly' platforms... I suppose pumping them with GSA SER links might work... but is there a 'less spammy' (lol?) way?

It depends on what you mean with parasite SEO.

The original form or parasite link building includes hacking into a site and placing a backlink without the host noticing it and without harming the victim. That is still very profitable, but limited to a group of an extreme elite.

The meaning many commercial SEO marketeers are spreading these days is nothing but web2 promotion. It has nothing to do with parasite SEO, but it sounds like a cool think and people fall into the trap of buying into it since those ads are posted on black hat sites.
