Whats your experience with those guys?

We are about to buy 50-100 templates, and their prices is about 1/3 of most others...yes - you get what you pay for etc etc... but their samples seem quite nice too...

Anyone with input here?

turnaround time?
anything else?

I've had great experiences with Joe & Raquel. I wont hesitate to throw more work at them.

I added you to my icq list it's undermyspell 59075257 We really should talk before you buy from them.

I ordered 40 galleries from them in Febuary. The 20 that I recieved so far look nice, still waiting on the other 20. So I would say their turnaround time has a little to be desired. Good prices though... btw Joe, got an ETA for my other 20 galleries?

Unfortunately, I was down for a bit with a little surgery so our turnaround time has been awful lately we're getting caught up pretty quickly though.

As for Undermyspell, I wonder why she would complain when I built half of Diablo cash sites for them for NOTHING?????

We're slower but our Galleries convert and convert well! we're cheaper, custom graphics for EVERY gallery and the pages pay for themselves!

my only complaint was time frame and inability to get hold of you regarding eta. That's why I didn't post anything publicly and decided to conduct the business away from here. I try not to say anything bad about anyone that the masses can read.

well yes he may have had surgery but wouldn't it have been nice to inform the clients that he was going to be out of commission and then maybe offer them the opportunity to seek someone else's service but then again you can email and icq this guy to death and never get a response. I wasn't going to step out publicly on this matter and yes he did do some design work for free but he was getting some primo advertising to go along with that on several sites. But all that aside what about all the video content that I spent my money for and paid additional money to wire it directly to his bank that i've never received. I was told that it would be postal mailed to both partners of the site that was purchasing it. I have numerous one sided icq chat transcripts that were never answered concerning the whereabouts of said videos it wasn't a lot of money but it's the principle of the thing. I was ripped for my hard earned money and i'm still waiting almost 6 months later for content that I can't use now. But I wasn't going to make that public. Oh well, End of conversation I suppose.

OKAY Everyone has issues and everyone has problems, let's talk about them.

I've never once slammed anyone on the boards and most of you that know me and my work have had nothing but good things to say over the past 10 years. As for ANYONE being ripped -
you can say my work is crap or the turnaround time is awful or anything else you choose - but please, if you're going to slam someone, at least be honest. You guys bout 85 videos - all of them were uploaded to your server. If you feel you didn';t get something, all you have to do is email, icq or call? Most of you know that if you icq me I will answer if I'm online. As for building sites for prime advertising? Where exactly is that advertising? You're still making money with the sites? They're a large part of your sponsor program?

I've said my peace - too often designers get the short end of the stick around here and it's getting pretty old. How about all of us who do the work but get stiffed on payment? Happens all the time.

NOW THEN: We were about 2 months behind due to a medical problem - that's over and done. It's no secret and not one of our clients has ever been RIPPED OFF! That I don;t appreciate. EVERY client that has ordered galleries from us has been totally satisfied with our work, albeit our delivery times have sucked due to the suregery, we are back full speed and when all is said and done we will STILL be here.

ENough of the flaming and the bullshit, it's fine if a webmaster needs info to make an educated opinion about a project to post on the boards but at least give those webmasters the whole story - normally I wouldn;t have bothered wasting my time or yours with a response this long but enough is enough@!
