This is getting really fucked up and out of hand. I know there was another thread lastnight where several tours were copied. It's pretty bad when wannabe designers has to use other real designers designs as templates.

If nothing else, the content producer should be able to nail them for copyright infringement if they havent licensed the pics used in the stolen tours.
That will have them out of business in a day ;-)

Most sponsors are fine with it. Ask them first though. Topbucks for example are usually fine providing you ask.

Nah, its probably just a budget photoshop template site ah, theres been alot of them out there lately... All you do is buy the template, make a few mods and you're up. Not much for originality, but ah well...

I think it's hilarious when a thief steals someone's gallery, and leaves the linking codes of the person they ripped off in it. WHo's stupid enough not to even change the linking codes? Cripes.

Maybe it's one of those templates you can purchase at a "none-exclusive" price. Alot of big players use it.

Content providers may also want to check out these people. I doubt that they have licensed the images that are used on the stolen tour designs and I'd be willing to bet that all of the content in their members area may also be stolen.

So, if someone is ripping off your site, I seriously doubt it is traffic cash and I doubt webinc would ripoff a design either, in fact they (webinc) usually have a certain trademark behind their design and this certainly looks like it.

I've had it happen to me. Most of them don't care because they are just going to redirect the galleries once they start getting some decent traffic. Then your gallery template and sponsor codes get banned.
