How to buy expired domain and when ?
 

hi, i have been looking to buy cctld domain. and waiting for it to expire,

and the domain have expired last week or so., current whois status shows

Domain Status: inactive
Domain Status: pendingDelete
Domain Status: redemptionPeriod

so when will it be available in market ?

its on godaddy.

its not a popular phrase, .com is available for 2500 bucks.,

my plan is write a script with domain registrar's API and keep checking every minute if its available and if available then book it.

do domain squatters buys domains before its available to public or after ?

Godaddy names go through their auction service during redemption. Best to pick up there if you can to keep the age. If it's already past that stage and no one bought it keep an eye out for on the various expired name drop lists.

If it's on GoDaddy, it's going to go to their auction first. There is no point in creating your own script. Even if you're to catch it at the drop, there are some great services that do this very well. You can always get on chat with Godaddy during their auction-house business hours and inquire about the name. Btw, I noticed your other thread about hugedomains too. If you want the domain and you can make it happen. Go-for-it. Best wishes on your domain hunt.
