I'm on a short business trip to Germany and had the chance to listen and read some literature by Jordan Peterson.

I managed to identify many of my own values in his teachings, which is certainly good for my beliefs. But that's not what caught my attention, what really set things in motion is how "certain" individuals hates his gut.

Even political leaders have allowed themselves to mock and show discontent towards someone as intellectual as Jordan Peterson.

Have you listened to him? What's your opinion of Jordan Peterson?

I brought him up before, the usual suspects called him a hateful racist.

So it was you, I wasn't sure. Last weeks been hectic and I haven't been around here much, which has been a total blessing. I'm going to make some occasional visits but the past frequent visits are no more. At least Jordan is good enough for a second thread.

I read his book, hundreds of pages of fucking word salad. Watch him debate Sam Harris or Matt Dillahunty. Peterson tends to use big words and make little to no sense. He’s the Deepak Chopra of Christianity.

seems like a good actor - the aspect of men empowerment etc are definitely needed, and the kneejerk reaction of PC climate can only make that out to be one thing..

Perhabs one of his videos makes more sense than his books. Some of it might come out as word salad, I haven't read all his material, but I understand what his trying to do and what his approach is in the interaction with other people.

One of those things are to be a better human (in his standards) be honest and avoid the whole politically correct stupidity.
