I was just looking at the yearly graphs an hour ago. That $19.5k peak mid-December must seem like an awful long time ago for those people who have funds locked into this crypto.

pimpmaster9000 11-19-2018 12:29 PM

was 4852 on bitmex a while ago...holy shit...IMO we are visiting 4500 soon...

idk why other coins are not falling ?

onwebcam 11-19-2018 10:12 PM

About to go even lower. Been considering jumping back in all evening... Think I'll wait until the dust settles over night and may throw a little at it and hope for a year end bump. I could by 8x what I sold at in Jan... Tempting me...

StasyQ 11-19-2018 11:36 PM

Now to decide where the bottom is to buy back. Or is the bottom going to be almost 0?

pimpmaster9000 11-20-2018 01:05 AM

4569 on bitmex...

bitcoincash = 60% drop in the last 7 days
neo = 42% drop in the last 7 days

all f the 2000 existing cyber currencies that want to replace existing money are falling.
last 2 days more than 700 billion dollars are just burned to dust.

well - they are not really burned - the smart ones who told you this fairy tale have it now and you can be sure they own it in a standard currency :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

it's so easy to be the 'smart one' when you are always negative and you never take any actual risks yourself isn't it? That way you are almost always right and you ignore the ones who were actually doing well along the way.

It's a perfect strategy for mindless commentary. What is your actual advice then? take no risks and riches will follow?

What didn't BTC owners know about how BTC is priced?

It's a very volatile currency https://smarttrader.com/risk-disclaimer/

you're confusing negative with realistic.
you don't think the bitcoin has fallen because I am "negative", no he has fallen because he MUST fall.

and because that was clear for everyone with halfway healthy common sense they are not negative after all.

what would you think of people who tell you that jumping from a bridge is not good? are they negative because there is a 0.000001% chance that you will survive ?

you guys just don't know much about economy and money circulation that you can just tell a fairy tale like this. have you ever seen a winner without losers? and do you know HOW HIGH were the winnings of those who were interested in you all joining ?
for such winnings A LOT of losers have to pay.

i don't know why it is so easy for half mankind to switch off their brains by promising them a mortar of infinite wealth for everyone

almost 1 trillion dollars has vanished into thin air in the last two days. what do you think WHO has it?

nico-t 11-20-2018 02:56 PM

Almost hit 4k.
This is already a great opportunity. Lets see where it'll settle.

Blockchain is the future, bitcoin is the gold.

already did dozens of times since 2010.

Buy monero, gold, cash, dried fish, stay anonymous and free...

current market situation is due to BCH mining wars and fun with short leverages.

Market and industry are completely in different stage than it was in 2017 (more developed, recognized, lots of money flew into it), so I think that current price at these levels is OPPORTUNITY.
BTC is a huge part of crypto ecosystem, and it influences a lot prices of other coins and technologies (that are very promising). So yeah, I consider it as artificially low now.

make it 70 billions, not sure where you get that from ?

ilnjscb 11-20-2018 05:08 PM

Unless civilization collapses, digital currency is inevitable. It just may not be BTC. What was that ipad thing Apple had way back ... the newton, was it? It failed, but it led the way to the iPad, which created a new paradigm.

BTC has NOT failed, and it hasn't even done as poorly as I suspected it would. What it has done is shown us the viability of a better way, and that better way will come soon.
